No, we are a subscription-based service where you pay month-to-month.

What do I need to get started?

1. A mobile phone number or email address
2. A payment method.
3. A broadband connection with speeds of at least 30 mbps
to minimize buffering and stalled playbacks
4. A supported device

Can I record my favorite shows with SnipTV?

If you are using the SnipTV set top box (STB) that we highly recommend, you will have the ability to record by installing a SD card or USB storage device (not included) of your choice into the STB and store as much media as your device permits. Please visit our knowledge base page for more detailed information.

Can I cancel SnipTV at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time as there is no contract.
However, we do not offer partial refunds or prorated subscriptions.

Does SnipTV offer local channels?

Yes, if available in your region.

What streaming devices does SnipTV support?

SnipTV can be streamed using Android, Smart TVs, Windows, Amazon Fire Stick
and of course the SnipTV STB. However, SnipTV only offers
support services for the SnipTV STB.

Do I need a set top box for SnipTV?

While not a requirement, it is highly recommended to have our STB for the
ultimate viewing experience as well as DVR capabilities.

Does SnipTV require a VPN for subscription?

We don’t require a VPN subscription, nonetheless SnipTV has you covered.
Every streaming package that we offer comes with an add on VPN for no
additional charge, to protect you from hackers while you enjoy your viewing experience.
